About Me

I was born in London and as a youngster growing up in Fulham I was always interested in illustration and fashion. My mother trained as a fashion designer and throughout my childhood I remember her designing and making all her own clothes.

I completed my training as a fashion designer/illustrator in 1992 at Southampton Solent University, where I was awarded the Best Student Achievement award.

Over the years I have been inspired by a diverse array of artists and designers such as: Zandra Rhodes, Jean Paul Gaultier, Tom Ford,  John Galliano, Amanda Wakely, Missoni, Michael Angelo, Monet as well as all the Walt Disney cartoon classics.

I enjoy creating contemporary figurative style illustrations using a mixed medium  of ink, vibrant colours and occasionally incorporating photographed items using Photoshop.

I am currently working in London as a fashion designer at Jenice Leather International.
